	SAVIOR is offering Mifare Technology Readers & Cards and is an open standard unlike proprietary cards most proximity cards offer.

Secure & Cost Effective

The contact less SMART card technology being offered is very secure as regards to card duplicacy. Because of this feature, this technology cards are used world wide for access and cash transaction in most metro & bus tickets and toll applications. Because of the limited applications, Proximity cards are having a lower circulation volume than Mifare technology.
3. Unintended use avoided : Because of its lower reading distance, misuse and unintended use cards are avoided.

	Additional Application Possible
	I KB card has 16 Different sectors and a large memory size allows many more applications to be added at a later date (as per specific customer requirement) at nominal expenses without changing the card. Most proximity cards only offer a unique ID Number with low memory.

	Read & Write Technology
	The technology offered allows read & write function from the same reader. Most Proximity cards are read only or with limited write facility.

	Storage of Information
	Cards of different memory size available to suit the application and storage size required by the customer.

Thickness of Card

The cards offered are of ISO standard thickness and hence can be easily carried. Normally Proximity cards are thicker and if offered in ISO standards are costlier. Printing on the cards is possible in SAVIOR Contact less SMART cards (not possible in some Proximity cards), Hence no misuse / alternation of stickers possible by the cards holder.

Compatibility with SAVIOR Fingerprint Model SAVIOR 8000

l. Locations which require high security and have low manpower traffic could go in for SAVIOR 8000 which will be tentatively offered from December 2005.

2. SAVIOR Fingerprint Reader Series 8000 is being manufactured in India with necessary Technical tie-ups on 1:I and 1:N frame work.

3. The fingerprint template required for SAVIOR 8000 for 1:l verification will be stored inside the I KB contact less Smart Card (as provided in SAVIOR 7001). 4. All cards provided on SAVIOR 7001 can be shifted to SAVIOR 8000 if standard SAVIOR cards database has been used (i.e. no modification has been done) 5. Combination of SAVIOR 7001 and 8000 would give a total campus solution with only one card based on Customer's assessment of security and speed of manpower traffic requirements.

Model SAVIOR 3000 Series

Low price version of Savior 7000 series. Some features have been discarded from 7000 series for clients those who are looking for economic solution with lesser feature.
