Compliance Services for Garments Sector

The markets for apparel have changed dramatically during the last few years. The consumers are increasingly aware of the working conditions of the workers who are producing them. And as result of global media, they are aware of any violation of human rights in any part of the world faster than ever before. Public reaction often caused many companies to go down or even bankrupt.
The above are just one side of the story. The other side is, the pressure of competition, national & international. Being a truly global industry, the apparel manufacturing now should double its capacity we have. Almost all the nations have their own manufacturing industry. That ranges from the developed west to underdeveloped east. On this fierce competitive ground, efficiency is the buzzword today. Only the companies who can produce most quality, economically in a buyer’s compliant working condition can survive today's cutthroat competition.
These two, often conflicting, issues are governing the international apparel sourcing industry. Compliance, which can be described as human rights compliance, often increases operating cost. However, the pressure is to produce at lesser cost with full efficiency. There is no scope of misunderstanding that. There is a difference between doing effectively and efficiently. Doing effectively means doing what is supposed to be. Or, for example, bringing your imported fabric before your production starts is the job. If your import/merchandising team cannot deliver the goods to factory location before the scheduled date, then it is not effective. And doing efficiently means doing it most economically & timely. For the example there is an option of bring of some goods by two different carriers. Both of them will deliver before the scheduled date. However, there is a difference in tariff. In this case, using the lower-cost carrier will achieve efficiency.
We are providing Surveillance, such as Close Circuit Camera.
Facility Planning and Industrial Lay Outs

One of the most common reason for failing a social compliance audit is not meeting the working environment and safety requirements required by a compliance audit team. The requirements raises issues like average working space for a worker, placement of fire safety equipments, availability of sufficient lightings, fire escape drill & route. These issues can be best addressed while designing a facility. It is also most economical to address it during designing facility, However, later addition or alteration of facilities are also possible, which is discussed later on fourth topic,
